This course was well organized, and the overall syllabus was segregated topic by topic to understand this complex topic better. Considering coming from a pharma background, I understood clinical knowledge, but this course helped me enhance my knowledge in stats-driven meta-analysis.The course material and online classes were beneficial in clearing many doubts and fear related to this topic.

I was able to think about situations from different angles and their possible solutions too. Learned the importance of all three factors: Health, Safety and Environment. Got deep knowledge about Occupational HSE. This course gave me a great learning experience. First, all the lecturers are experts in their field. Trying to cover all topics that are necessary. The ppts were very useful and the conversation mode was brilliant. Every Sunday the discussion and question-answer session were very important and gave clarity to us. Covid 19 and workplace, BMW management, Workplace wellness, Accident incident investigation, Environmental legislation etc. lectures, I liked most in the course. Nicely organized course. Gave us a good learning experience. Thank you

In this pandemic situation of Covid – 19 I understand that conducting classes was difficult but this eCourse conducted online helped me a lot to gain enough knowledge regarding hospital management. Amazing course, excellent professors, Great examples and great presentation of them that gave a better understanding of the topic. Excellent content and high level reflections on modern management issues. This was a very engaging course. I have learnt a lot primarily because it was not just didactic but because it was accompanied by examples that illustrated principles and strategies. The 4 modules although part of a whole were distinct in what they had to offer and the bullet point summaries were very effective takeaways. For those professionals who are not trained in management at all such as me, it was an eye-opener. I will surely recommend this course to others.

The course was very useful to me being an early career researcher and also at the stage of starting my PhD recently. The knowledge acquired has enabled me to seek more grant opportunities and prepare well to submit an application. I thank the IIPH team for organizing and delivering this course.

The course design was very helpful to focus on each module comprehensively and the time allotted for each module was also relevant. The quiz and the discussion board would ignite interests during every module. And the sessions taken by the faculty were very interactive and helpful. The material provided during the course also was very helpful. I would like to thank the course coordinator for organizing it efficiently.

The program is very well suited for those who are interested in gaining more knowledge in the hospital management and public health. The course provided elaborated lectures on all topics and the lecture videos were also quite clear in helping to understand all the topics. And the interactive sessions were very useful, and quite interactive among the participants and the lecturers also gave their best time for the sessions and in no way lesser than the offline sessions. All the staff were very helpful in clearing the doubts regarding the subject being very patient with the participants. I, personally felt very confident enough to have learnt the subject and proud enough to have made the choice to join the program by PHFI. I am looking forward to join the other courses by PHFI.

“Being a gynecologist, I often come across the breastfeeding problems, so I used to teach my staff from module. Now I have become more aware about the nutrition of the children when they come for ANC checkups. Obesity, PCOs and anemia is common among adolescents, I am more focused on this issue now. Overall my experience with the course was good. I am doing private practice, so many of the programmes like Poshan Abhiyan and Anaemia Mukt Bharat are not implemented like government set-ups. I learned a lot about all these programs in depth. Videos and study material was quite elaborative. All the faculty members were thorough in their knowledge.
