What information do we collect?

We collect non personal information, that are: when you visit our site we may track the behaviour of the users such as which pages of our sites you visited, when you visited and which link of the site you clicked on. We also log the IP address, operating system, and browser from which our user used to access this site. We collect this information to develop a better sense of what services our user need and not to track your individual usage patterns.
We collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us when you apply for a program, submit query on ‘Contact Us’, modify your user profile, participate in the discussion forum, send us email message, and participate on our online programs. We may use your information that you provide, to respond to your questions and send you updates on your email about site maintenance or updates.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts information you input. While we strive to protect your personal information, PHFI CEL will not be liable for any incomplete transmission of data, any delay in its receipt, any damage caused by malicious code, alteration by any third party and/or disclosure of your personal information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. Once we receive your personal information, PHFI will endeavour to maintain its privacy and treat it with care and discretion. For instance, it is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your PCEL username and password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

How does PHFI Centre for eLearning (PCEL) use your personal information?

From time to time, PCEL may use your personal information to contact you by electronic mail to inform you about various updates on PCEL programs and other information pertaining to your course.

How can I get the refund of fee in case I choose to discontinue the course?

Students can request a cancellation of any service and a refund of the corresponding fees paid to the Foundation by sending a request in writing (by email, fax or post) that is received by the Foundation within seven working days of the original request for the service.

After the seven working day period as described above, application handling fees, registration fees and examination entry fees, as applicable, are not refundable. Examination fees cannot be transferred from one examination to another. In the event that a decision is taken by the Foundation to withdraw a program, any applicant who has not yet accepted an offer will be given a full refund of all fees within 30 days of their request for a refund.

Payment

We accept Visa and Master Credit Card, Debit Cards and Net banking as mode of payments which are processed through our payment gateway partner Avenues (India) Pvt Ltd. No information pertaining to payment is shared with us as you fill all the payment related information on your bank's site.

Modification of These Terms and Conditions of Use

PHFI reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it deems fit and your continuous use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. User is required to check terms and conditions at every visit. No notification communication will be sent regarding any modification/change in terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

Online payment is accepted by all Master and VISA Credit/Debit Cards. Credit/Debit Card payment is subject to authorization from the card issuing bank. You are transacting on a website where the Merchant is based in India. In certain cases where the merchant is not based in the same country as the customer, your card issuing bank may charge an "International Transaction Fee", over and above the transaction value.
The additional processing fee is imposed by Visa/MasterCard (both in Indian and foreign payments) and passed on to the card holders by the card issuing bank. For more information you may please check with your bank on the clauses which govern these additional processing fees. This fee is in addition to fees paid by you and will be incorporated in your credit card statement. It is not charged or billed by PHFI and hence will not be included in the receipt issued to the candidate from PHFI.
