Mr. Gaurav is a Science graduate with a MBA (PGDHM equivalent to MBA) in Public Health Management from IIHMR University, Jaipur, India. He has more than 6 years of work experience in Public Health with major focus on Reproductive and Child Health, Adolescent health, Health System Strengthening, Public Health Nutrition, Planning and Monitoring of National Rural Health Mission at State and District level. He has demonstrated competencies in the program as well as project management and project coordination. He has successfully collaborated and executed projects with multidisciplinary partners, including government, UN agencies, and Non-governmental organizations (NGOs). He also boasts of experience in cross cutting area like NRHM Action Plan (PIP) preparation for state and district, has also assisted in evaluation and selection of MNGO/NGO at state & district level, Capacity building of different stakeholders, management of the budgets / funds, and handling of various multi-component research projects. Mr. Gaurav was closely involved in the STEPS project in the past. His association with PHFI has been for over 4 years and currently holds a post of Research Associate in PHFI.
