Anjali Sharma is a Post Graduate in Health and Hospital Management with specialization in Health Management from the International Institute of Health Management Research, New Delhi. She is currently working as Senior Program Manager - eLearning at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), where she leads the eLearning initiatives across PHFI and the Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs). Her work spans program implementation and educational research in public health and health professions education. Her research interests include health professions education, online blended learning (OBL), digital education, human resources for health, and health information systems.

Presently, she is engaged in capacity strengthening and research under the Novo Nordisk Foundation’s (NNF) Partnership for Education of Health Professionals (PEP) programme. She is mainly focusing on activities in public health education, research and capacity building for OBL.

Previously, she has contributed to projects addressing the shortage of human resources for health (HRH) in India, strengthening Routine Health Information Systems (RHIS) in South-East Asia, and conducting two rounds of the WHO-SEARO ‘SCORE for Health Data’ assessment in 2018 and 2025.

She is passionate about designing meaningful learning experiences, effectively supporting teachers in using technology, and advancing equitable access to quality education for health professionals.
