About the course
This workshop would cover key issues in project management and go through each part of the Project Cycle Management. This workshop aims to provide participants with certain tools of project management that would enable managers to use/assess and respond to issues in their own workplaces. The training would use adult learning methods including case?studies and practice sessions.
At the end of the workshop the participants are expected to be capable of designing a robust health project with a focus on final results, identify various project management activities and use relevant tools for efficient functioning.
Who should attend?
This workshop is suitable for development and public health workers involved in managing projects. It is expected to be beneficial for health service personnel with the responsibility of managing health posts. It would also be suitable for medical residents, faculty involved in clinical research, researchers from the industry, clinical trial managers, Phd scholars, program managers and health professionals involved in clinical care.
Indian National: 8000 INR per participant
Foreign National: 16000 INR per participant
The registration fee includes course kit, lunch and snacks. Please note that the participants will have to bear their own travel, boarding and lodging expenses. However, the organizers will be able to provide a list of hotels or guest houses nearby the institute upon request.
