About the course
Evidences suggest psychological counselling eﬀectively reduces morbidity outcomes related to behavioural, physical and mental health. Psychological counselling has emerged as one of the key preventive and promotive health interventions in facilitating behaviour change, development of health seeking behaviour, adherence to treatment and care etc. The focus of training is to improve technical capacity of participants in providing psychological counselling to their clients in diﬀerent health settings. Exercises related to eﬀective counselling supervision will also be carried out.
